The art of artisanal roasting:
During the roasting stage, the green coffee beans are heated, cooked, then roasted, in order to release all the aromas.
Each “Pure Origin” Espresso from our terroir results from a unique roasting recipe designed to reveal its personality and enhance its individual splendor. So you can discover local coffees from different regions of the Ivory Coast.
Our master roaster defines advanced roasting formulas, at temperatures never exceeding 250° at the end of the cycle, to allow time for the aromas to emerge without altering the quality of the coffee.
The beans are then cooled by means of a powerful blower before the grinding operation, to preserve the aromas of the freshly roasted coffee.
This roasting technique makes it possible to obtain a coffee with very little bitterness and guarantees a range of exceptional flavors that will take you on a journey to the highest peak of Côte d'Ivoire!
